MedCourierPath (medcourierpath.com) is an independent information publisher covering the medical courier field. By using the site or purchasing the Medical Courier Launch Kit, you agree to these terms.
2. Informational use only
Content on this site and in the kit is educational information, not legal, tax, insurance, medical, or other professional advice, and not a guarantee of any business outcome. Our full disclaimer is part of these terms. You are responsible for confirming current requirements with the relevant authorities and professionals before acting.
3. The purchase
The Medical Courier Launch Kit is a one-time digital purchase at the price shown at checkout, processed by Stripe. Delivery is immediate: your access link renders the complete kit in your browser, printable and savable as PDF, and remains your permanent access link. No subscription is attached to the purchase and nothing renews.
4. Refunds
The kit carries a 30-day money-back guarantee, described in full in the refund policy.
5. Personal license
Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the kit for your own business, including printing copies for your own operations. It does not permit republishing, reselling, or sharing the kit or your access link publicly. Site content is copyrighted by MedCourierPath.
6. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site: no scraping at abusive volume, no attempting to access other customers' purchases, no interfering with the service. We may block access that violates these terms.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MedCourierPath and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of the site or kit, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
