Refund Policy

The guarantee

If the kit is not what you needed, for any reason, email support@medcourierpath.com within 30 days of your purchase and we will refund the full purchase price. No questions, no forms, no proof required. Include the email address you purchased with so we can find the payment.

How refunds are processed

Refunds are issued through Stripe to the original payment method, normally within a few business days of your email. Banks sometimes take several additional days to post the credit; the timing on their side is outside our control.

The honest edges

• The window is 30 days from purchase, based on the Stripe payment timestamp.
• One refund per purchaser. A refunded purchase ends your license to use the kit.
• This policy covers the kit purchased on medcourierpath.com. It does not cover costs you incur elsewhere (training courses, insurance, registrations) based on the kit's guidance.

Problems with delivery

If checkout completed but your kit link did not arrive or does not load, that is our problem to fix immediately: email support@medcourierpath.com and we will get you access or refund you, your choice.
