What we collect

• Email address, when you choose to subscribe to our list.
• Purchase details, when you buy the Medical Courier Launch Kit: your email and payment confirmation, handled by Stripe. Card numbers never touch our servers; payment is processed entirely on Stripe's secure checkout.
• Basic technical data common to web servers and analytics (pages visited, browser type, approximate region), used to run and improve the site.

The free calculators run in your browser. Numbers you enter into them are not transmitted to us or stored by us. The state you pick inside the kit is remembered only in your own browser's local storage.

How we use it

• To deliver what you asked for: the kit link after purchase, the checklist and occasional guides if you subscribed.
• To answer support requests and process refunds.
• To understand, in aggregate, how the site is used.

We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not share it with third parties except the service providers that make the site work: Stripe (payments), Resend (email), Vercel (hosting), and analytics tooling. Each processes data under its own privacy terms.

Email and unsubscribing

Every marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link that actually works: it flips your contact record to unsubscribed immediately. Transactional email (your kit delivery link, refund confirmations) is sent only in connection with your purchase or request.

Your choices and rights

You can request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to records we must keep (like payment records). Email support@medcourierpath.com and we will handle it. Depending on where you live, these choices may also be legal rights; we honor the requests regardless.

Data retention and security

We keep purchase records as long as needed for support, refunds, and legal obligations, and subscriber records until you unsubscribe or ask for deletion. Access to our systems is limited and protected by the security controls of the providers named above.

Children

This site is for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect children's data.
